By ROAD: We are 5km from SS77 della Val di Chienti road (between Foligno and Civitanova Marche). There are local bus services and a Flixbus that can take you from and to Rome (Tiburtina Station), Siena, Florence, Pisa, Foligno, Ancona, Civitanova Marche etc.

By TRAIN: The best connected railway station is Foligno and there are regular train services operating from north and south. The journey time from Roma Termini train station is around 1h 40 min. Foligno itself is a 35 min drive or 44km from the house.

By AIR: Perugia - Umbria International Airport, San Francesco d’Assisi (also known as Sant’ Egidio airport) is a 45 min drive or 67km from the house. Direct flights from the UK are served by BA from Heathrow and Ryanair from Stansted. Ancona Falconara Airport is a 1h 20 min drive or 94km from the house. Direct flights from the UK are operated by Ryanair from Stansted and Lufthansa.

By SEA: Regular ferries from Croatia e.g. Split to Ancona by Jadrolinija and SNAV.
