Our rooms & booking
We offer three rooms with unique and sustainable interior and with pleasant far reaching views from the house. All rooms have bedlinen, towels, shampoo & shower gel & soap included plus free wifi. Check in time can be agreed. Prices 50 euros single, 75 euros double per night including coffee/tea & biscuits for breakfast. Rocca Paglia breakfast at request a day before at 10 euros per person.

Bedroom with abundant natural light with a view to the Apennines in the distance, the front garden and the terrace. Sustainable interior design in a sustainably built house.
Double glass doors into the garden and front room. A window to northwest and stone terrace. King size bed (160cm) with a memory mattress. Chest of drawers and a hanging rail for clothes. A chair and two bedside tables. Linen curtains.
Bathroom with a bath and shower attachment, accessible from the bedroom (and the laundry room if shared). Ceramic floor both in the bedroom and bathroom. White wooden ceiling with beams.
Blue bedroom
Very atmospheric and coolest bedroom (aspect to north) and most secluded in the house with a serene far reaching view to the fields and Apennines from the window and bed. Sustainable interior design in a sustainably built house.
Queensize double bed with all natural materials mattress. The bathroom is part of the room and separated from the bedroom with glass sliding doors (with a film), it has a shower area of 120x100cm, toilet with a hand shower, a boiler cabinet and ceramic tile floor and walls. The room has a glass desk with a chair, another two wooden chairs, bedside table with storage, clothes rack, white wooden ceiling with beams and antique reclaimed oak floor.

Yellow bedroom
South facing bedroom with a 3.8m high ceiling at its highest point. This room is better suited for one person although it has a large armchair that can be converted quickly into a second comfortable bed. The single bed (90cm) has a futon mattress. Behind the bed is a built-in bookcase with lighting. The room also has a table, two chairs and a small built-in wardrope. It has a high white wooden ceiling with beams. The room has sustainable interior design in a sustainably built house.
There is a beautiful ensuite bathroom separated from the bedroom by a wooden wall with a spacious shower cubicle (130cmx75cm) and bidet. The bathroom has two windows, to the north and south. The room and the bathroom have ceramic tile floors, there is a 8cm step up into the bathroom. Just outside the room is a little tearoom/library with seating. Through the large double glass door from the tea/library room is a stone terrace with a pergola and a ruin covered by trees and vegetation.

Green bedroom
This bedroom is only available for a minimum of a week. It has a west, north and south aspect but does NOT have an ensuite bathroom and is therefore better suited for friends or family staying together in the house and not minding sharing a bathroom. It is sustainably interior designed room in a sustainably built house.
It is a lovely, sunny and spacious room with a white wooden ceiling with beams
which is 3.8m high at its highest point. The room has a kingsize bed with a memory mattress, desk, wardrope, three chairs and a console. It has a silk rug on ceramic flooring and linen curtains on two windows and blinds on the largest window. The views are towards the Appenines. Just outside the room is a tearoom/library with seating area from where there is an access to the upper outdoor terrace with pergola and seating.
